Returns
Non-defective returns within 30 days will be refunded 100% minus any applicable shipping costs. Returns over 30 days determined to be non-defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 60 days, only warranty applies. Customers pay for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns of software or software downloads. If you wish to acquire a trial version of the Macintosh touchscreen software, you can download a demo version from the manufacturer here.

Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order for a 100% refund at any time if your order has not yet shipped. Once your order has shipped, you can return the item subject to the returns policy above. We fulfill orders in the order that they are received. Please direct order cancellation requests to orders@mimomonitors.com, please put your order number in the message subject line.
