An update from Mimo on COVID-19 and our operations

As we are currently in unprecedented times, we wanted to first and foremost say that we hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy. We know that there’s been a lot of uncertainty and that the way we live, work, and communicate has been dramatically upended in light of COVID-19. We wanted to provide an update to share how we, at Mimo Monitors, are handling the situation.

Although our physical offices are closed, we are here for you 24/7 and remain committed to fulfilling and providing your needs. As our physical offices are closed, please do contact us before sending any shipments our way so we can help you make other arrangements.

However, our customer service representatives are still fully available to answer your questions, our factory is up and running, and our warehouse staff is still on-hand to fulfill your orders. Our team is fully staffed and working to continue providing premium products and top-notch customer service that you can always expect from us.

Mimo Monitors is a small business that has deployments in retail establishments, corporate offices, museums and so much more all around the globe, which are currently places no longer being frequented due to COVID-19. As a small business we greatly appreciate your support and loyalty as we remain committed to offering you the best products and service possible.

Although we will not have an opportunity to meet with many of you in person this spring, we look forward to remaining in touch and sharing with you some new exciting product launches we have on the horizon. We also will be offering virtual lunch and learns for those who are interested.
