Every Mimo display carries a one-year to three-year warranty (depending on product) against defects in materials and workmanship from the manufacturer. If Warranty is greater than 1 year, it is this is stated on the specific product page. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Terms and Conditions
All Purchases from Mimo Monitors are subject to the following terms and conditions unless otherwise stated in writing. Click here to download our Terms of Sale document
Non-defective returns within 30 days will be refunded 100% minus any applicable shipping costs. Returns over 30 days determined to be non-defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 60 days, only warranty applies. Customers pay for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns of software or software downloads. If you wish to acquire a trial version of the Macintosh touchscreen software, you can download a demo version from the manufacturer here
We ship most orders of in-stock items made before 3pm eastern time same day. Our warehouse is located in central New Jersey.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Our website accepts payment via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), Shopify Pay, and PayPal.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order for a 100% refund at any time if your order has not yet shipped. Once your order has shipped, you can return the item subject to the returns policy above. We fulfill orders in the order that they are received. Please direct order cancellation requests to email@example.com, please put your order number in the message subject line.
Mimomonitors.com now accepts orders from select countries. Some international orders will be held until funds clear our bank. Note that all shipping methods may not be available to some countries. We are now shipping to the following countries:
