Product & Sales Highlights That Moved the Needle
This year, Mimo Myst Link emerged as our bestselling product, reinforcing the demand for reliable, purpose-built display technology. We also saw strong regional momentum, with California leading the U.S. in Mimo display purchases, a clear signal that our solutions continue to resonate across education, enterprise, and public-sector environments.
We’re especially proud to report that 100% of Mimo products remain TAA compliant, underscoring our commitment to quality, security, and compliance for our customers.
To support growing interest in our solutions, we delivered 76 demos of Mimo FlashCast, helping organizations see firsthand how visual communication can transform safety, messaging, and engagement.
Stronger Customer Connections, Built on Trust
Customer engagement reached new heights in 2025. Through our online chat feature alone, people asked 592 questions about how our solutions can fit their needs, creating a more interactive and collaborative experience.
Even more telling? We're proud to report that 94% of our customers were repeat customers, a metric that speaks volumes about trust, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Behind the scenes, our support team handled 274,322 emails and resolved 155 support cases and tickets, ensuring customers received the help they needed, quickly and effectively.
Celebrating the Team Behind the Technology
Mimo celebrated a major milestone this year: 18 years in business. That longevity is powered by our people.
In 2025, the team sent 58,922 Google Chat messages, collaborating across departments, time zones, and projects to keep everything moving forward. Our employees were on the road as well, logging travel to 38 countries, reflecting Mimo’s truly global footprint.
And yes, some moments were just for fun, like braving the 25°F temperature inside TD SYNNEX’s jam-packed Ice Bar at InfoComm 2025, proving once again that the Mimo team doesn’t shy away from a challenge.
Expanding Our Reach Through Marketing & Outreach
Our marketing and outreach efforts made a significant impact this year. Mimo earned 25+ mentions across leading AV, digital signage, and security publications, extending our voice and visibility across key industries.
We connected with audiences at 16 tradeshows, reaching a total of 170,640 people, while our campaigns generated 96,632 contacts. Online, Mimo's award-winning FlashCast became the most visited page on our website (excluding the homepage), a strong indicator of growing interest in visual communication and safety solutions.
