Enhanced brightness, improved durability, and a new three-year warranty highlight Mimo’s next generation of outdoor solutions
ISE Barcelona, Spain, February 3, 2026 — Mimo, a global leader in small-format commercial displays, tablets, and innovative AV solutions, today announced the upcoming launch of its refreshed Mimo Outdoor Displays line, debuting at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026. The new series delivers improved brightness, enhanced environmental durability, TAA-compliant manufacturing, and a newly extended three-year standard warranty, offering customers increased reliability at competitive prices.
The refreshed lineup, initially available in 10.1-inch, 21.5-inch, and 32-inch models, with additional sizes to follow, builds on Mimo’s reputation for dependable, high-performance displays engineered for demanding outdoor environments.
Brighter, More Robust, and Ready for the Outdoors
Across the updated product family, brightness levels have been boosted to ensure superior visibility in sunlight-intensive applications such as QSR drive-thrus, transportation hubs, retail storefronts, and outdoor kiosks. Typical pre-touch brightness measures at:
- 10.1” model: 1200 nits
- 21.5” model: 1400 nits
- 32” model: 1600 nits
All models maintain wide viewing angles (89/89/89/89) and high contrast ratios for exceptional image clarity, even under direct sunlight.
The displays feature ruggedized construction with IK08-rated cover glass, aluminum housings, and IP65-level environmental protection, making them ideal for continuous operation in challenging outdoor climates. The units demonstrate robust reliability testing, including temperature cycling, humidity testing, solar loading, and vibration/drop test standards.
New mechanical refinements such as flush I/O port integration for a cleaner side profile and improved environmental sealing underscore the deliberate design enhancements built into the updated line.
Same Trusted Performance, Now with a Three-Year Warranty
While brightness and durability have been improved, the core platform remains consistent with Mimo’s proven outdoor architecture:
- Android OS 14
- RJ45, HDMI-out, and USB-A/C connectivity across all sizes
- High-efficiency LED backlights rated for 50,000 hours of operation
All refreshed displays remain TAA-compliant with Taiwan manufacturing, supporting government and enterprise procurement requirements.
In response to customer feedback and evolving market expectations, Mimo has introduced a three-year standard warranty, reflecting both the company’s confidence in the new hardware and its long-term commitment to customer success.
TAA Compliant and Not Subject to Current Tariffs
Although the new models deliver higher brightness and extended warranty coverage, MSRP pricing will remain the same as the previous generation. This pricing strategy ensures partners and end users can upgrade without budget disruption, an important benefit for large-scale deployments.
“Our outdoor lineup has always been defined by reliability, and this refresh reinforces that commitment with meaningful improvements where customers need them most, visibility, durability, and long-term dependability,” said David Anderson, Founder and CEO of Mimo. “We’re proud to introduce these new displays at ISE 2026 and to continue expanding the line with additional sizes coming later this year.”
Initial Models Available at Launch
Additional models and expanded screen sizes will be announced later in 2026.
The refreshed Mimo Outdoor Displays will be showcased at ISE 2026 in Barcelona from February 3–6, with production units expected to follow shortly afterward. For more information, visit https://www.mimomonitors.com.
